I don't know how much 'health' it's helping or blocking through the filter but they seem like decent quality. I try to replace them every couple weeks and they always seem to have some dust on them so they are working pretty well. My ducts seem to be pretty clean so i have to think these filters are doing something right!

I was disappointed that the very next day after my order these filters were discounted 25% and I was not offered this discount as this is not my first order.
